Intram Investments, Inc. joined forces with Boyd Development Corporation to form K & B Partners, whose primary purpose is to acquire and develop sites for its single tenant build-to-suit program. K & B Partners has spent many years investing in and developing a steady flow of free standing, build-to-suit facilities for nationally recognized retail customers; the most notable of which are Walgreen Co. and 7-Eleven, Inc. Both of these companies have relied on K & B Partners to assist them in their expansion in Central, West, and Southwest Florida by identifying and developing key sites in emerging areas. With 14 freestanding Walgreen’s drugstores and 29 7-Eleven gas station/convenience stores under its belt, K & B Partners is now one of the largest single tenant retail developers in Florida.
