Khatib,   President / CEO As the President of Intram Investments, Inc., Mr. Rashid Khatib has directed the activities of Intram and its predecessor since 1985. Under his guidance, Intram has grown to be a leading real estate development company in Central Florida. Intram’s growth resulted from the strong relationships formed with investors, lending institutions, buyers, sellers, tenants, and real estate professionals. Mr. Khatib received a Master in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance, and a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Baltimore. In addition, Mr. Khatib has a bachelor degree in Philosophy from the Lebanese University in Beirut. Back to Top Zahi W. Khouri,   Chairman With various investments in the Middle East, Mr. Khouri is Chairman of The Coca-Cola Bottling Company and Board Member of the largest investment holding company, Palestine Development & Investment Co. (PADICO). Prior to Intram, Mr. Khouri was a global activities director and board member of The Olayan Group. Mr. Khouri received a Master of Science in Engineering from the Stuttgart Institute of Technology in Stuttgart, Germany and a Master of Business Administration from the European Institute of Business Administration (INSEAD) in Fontainebleau, France. Back to Top Randall R. Hodge,   Executive Vice President Mr. Hodge is Executive Vice President of Intram Investments, Inc. and is involved in all aspects of Intram's operations. Mr. Hodge joined Intram in 1995 and since has directed Intram's project implementation, including contract and lease negotiation, project management, due diligence activities, acquisition, disposition, and finance. Prior to joining Intram, Mr. Hodge was involved in restaurant development and operations, as well as, having practiced real estate and commercial law at a mid-western law firm adding vital experience to the Intram management team. Mr. Hodge received a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of South Dakota. Back to Top Deborah R. Younglove,   Chief Financial Officer Ms. Younglove is Chief Financial Officer of Intram Investments, Inc. and has been with the firm since 1993. Ms. Younglove is responsible for all aspects of Intram's Financial Accounting and reporting, Asset and Property Management as well as Business Administration and Risk Management. In addition to her work at Intram, she has served the community as Vice Chairman of Planning and Zoning with the City of Edgewood, Audit Committee member of Florida Easter Seals and Finance Committee member of Shepherd’s Hope of Florida. Ms. Younglove received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Florida Southern College and is a Florida Certified Public Accountant. Back to Top Corey O. Balzer, President Twistee Treat USA Mr. Balzer is the President of Twistee Treat USA, LLC, the operating arm of the Twistee Treat family of companies. As a 27 year veteran in the hospitality industry, Mr. Balzer worked with T.G.I. Friday’s Corporation for 23 years. With Friday’s his titles included Managing Partner, General Manager, Director of Operations and Vice President and was the most decorated executive at T.G.I. Friday’s during his tenure. As Regional Vice President Mr. Balzer was responsible for the operation of over 80 casual dining restaurants in the southeast. In addition to his career with Friday’s, Corey brought the Planet Smoothie chain to Orlando, opening 11 units before selling them and developed a successful pizza chain—American Pie Pizza Company—which he grew to several company and franchise operated restaurants before selling the concept. Mr. Balzer received a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Penn State University in State College, Pennsylvania. As President, Corey is responsible for all aspects of Twistee Treat’s operations. Back to Top Silpa Limbachia, Assistant Controller Ms Limbachia joined Intram Investments in April 2011 as Assistant Controller. Prior to joining intram, Ms Limbachia worked at one of the world’s leading Architectural and Design firms as Senior Project Accountant. Before that, her thirteen year tenure with a multi-million dollar home building Company enabled her to attain a wealth of knowledge and experience in the real estate accounting field. Ms Limbachia has a business and Finance degree from Central Sussex College and Chartered institute of Management Accountants from London, UK. Back to Top Victor A. Khatib,   Field Operations Mr. Victor Khatib joined Intram Investments, Inc. in 1997 as Project Superintendent. Currently, he manages Field Operations for ongoing projects. Additionally, Mr Khatib has a strong background in Property Management, Construction, and Real Estate. Back to Top Nader J. Khatib,   Development Coordinator Mr. Nader Khatib worked with Intram Investments Inc. while attending college, as a Development Coordinator. He joined the company in a fulltime capacity in May 2008, to work on acquisitions and leasing. Mr. Khatib graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2008, having completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management.
